Canadian Natural seeks a detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst for a full-time, six-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will support recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout recruitment processes. The work includes scheduling, documentation, onboarding, and responding to process inquiries while following applicable guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across the Recruitment team
Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews
Extend offer letters and prepare recent hire packages




Support candidates while managing confidential information
Maintain Human Resources files, records, and databases
Requirements: Diploma or degree in a preferred related discipline
Three years of HR or recruitment support experience considered an asset
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe
Applicant tracking system experience; Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred
Bring organization, candidate support, and recruitment coordination skills to Canadian Natural’s Calgary Human Resources team.
