This hands-on back-office associate supports trustee, agency, and escrow appointments under the Director, Corporate Trust. Responsibilities span DTC and CDS settlement, payments, reconciliations, records, and operational inquiries. The position supports Odyssey’s growing Canadian and U.S. corporate trust business by strengthening depository and operations processes.
Key Responsibilities: Process DTC deposits, withdrawals, RAPID balancing, and position reconciliations
Administer corporate actions, including tenders, exchanges, consents, and redemptions
Process conversions, escrow releases, wire payments, and interest payments
Reconcile securities, cash balances,



records, DTC/CDS, and bank accounts
Respond to inquiries from clients, counsel, brokers, and securityholders
Requirements: Two or more years of back-office operations experience
Hands-on DTC operational experience strongly preferred
Understanding of securities settlement, corporate actions, and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills and high data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
Bring DTC operations, reconciliation, and transaction-processing expertise to Odyssey’s corporate trust services in Vancouver or Toronto.
