Optimize inventory with advanced Excel analysis as a Replenishment Analyst at Pet Valu’s hybrid Markham, Ontario office. Support stores and warehouses.
This full-time permanent role reports to the Replenishment Manager. You will maintain assigned categories, translate merchandise, promotional, seasonal, and new-store strategies, and analyze vendor orders. The work supports inventory levels and sales targets across distribution centers and stores.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze inventory ordering requirements from vendors to stores
Set replenishment rules, schedules, safety stock, and presentation parameters
Investigate inventory exceptions and recommend solutions
Identify causes of out-of-stocks and aged inventory




Generate regular reports on key performance metrics
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business or supply chain
Three to five years of progressive supply chain experience
Inventory replenishment experience, preferably with JDA Fulfillment
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
Solid communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Apply replenishment expertise, inventory analysis, and advanced Excel skills while supporting Pet Valu’s stores and distribution network.
