Working under clinical operations direction, you assess needs, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting patients, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities: Assess physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs
Develop and update individualized plans of care
Provide nursing care and evaluate outcomes
Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation
Maintain equipment and protected care environments
Requirements: Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Knowledge of BCCNM full-scope practice competencies
Ability to administer medications within full scope
