As a Labourer at On Side, you will help rebuild and restore properties after water-related disasters. The position offers hands-on training and industry knowledge while assisting Water Damage Technicians. You will support emergency mitigation, demolition, drying equipment, and restoration tasks. Regular weekday hours include rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and restore areas affected by water disasters
Assist experienced Water Damage Technicians with restoration tasks
Demolish affected structures and materials safely
Set up and monitor drying equipment




Support emergency mitigation efforts when required
Requirements: Experience with demolition and emergency mitigation
Physical fitness for heavy lifting and tight spaces
Understanding of hand and power tools
Mechanical aptitude and technology learning ability
Valid licence, clean abstract, English communication, and clean record
Build restoration experience with On Side through technician support, emergency mitigation, demolition, and drying equipment work.
