Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through claims with empathy and clear communication
Coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rental services
Manage high-volume claims accurately through timely resolution




Review repair estimates and support appropriate settlements
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless service
Requirements: Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
Ability to manage workflows involving 100-plus claims
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
Post-secondary education or CIP progress considered an asset
