As Recruitment Lead, you will guide Recruitment Specialists while maintaining high standards across hiring activities. You will oversee pipelines, review scorecards, coach interviews, and communicate with international clients. The position combines full-cycle recruiting, people leadership, performance reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Recruitment Specialists and maintain hiring quality standards
Approve candidate scorecards before client submission
Coach screening interviews and provide actionable feedback
Monitor pipelines, bottlenecks, deadlines, and placements
Provide weekly client updates through offer acceptance
Requirements: At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Agency or high-growth environment experience
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Experience coaching or mentoring recruiters preferred
Availability from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT
Use recruitment leadership, candidate evaluation, and client communication skills to strengthen international hiring operations remotely from Canada.
