Deliver oxygen equipment across North Bay toward Muskoka while providing direct patient service and maintaining equipment safely. This full time role includes rotational on-call duties.
North BayProResp is recruiting a Service Delivery Representative for an existing vacancy. You will manage oxygen equipment delivery and maintenance throughout a geographical region while representing ProResp in the community. The work includes client setup, equipment instruction, documentation, vehicle inspections, and scheduled service.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and maintain oxygen equipment between North Bay and Muskoka
Set up equipment for new oxygen clients
Serve existing clients according to daily schedules
Instruct clients on equipment operation and safety procedures




Complete documentation and vehicle inspections as required
Requirements: Secondary school graduation at minimum
Valid G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly and manipulate 100 pounds
Up-to-date satisfactory vulnerable sector screening
Exceptional customer service and patient interaction skills
Bring safe driving, equipment maintenance, and patient service skills to ProResp’s oxygen delivery operations across North Bay and Muskoka.
