As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager while contributing to store performance and exceptional patient care. The position combines staff development, merchandising, financial analysis, and health and wellness expertise. You will help maintain operational standards and support Rexall’s Canadian pharmacy health care leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate sales ability, leadership, energy, and strong communication
Assist recruitment, training, development, evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care
Support sales, profit, inventory, labour,



shrink, and expense targets
Implement merchandising, marketing, planogram, and advertising initiatives
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience within a retail environment
One to two years of retail environment experience
Exceptional multitasking and adaptability to change
Proven customer service and effective communication skills
Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports
Use retail leadership, financial analysis, and customer care skills to support Rexall’s store performance and pharmacy health care mission.
