This internship supports PSP Investments’ Real Estate Portfolio Management team. You will enter, reconcile, and prepare data across systems and databases. You will also contribute to reports, dashboards, system implementations, and operational requests.
Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and reconcile data across systems
Prepare and clean data for system implementations
Participate in testing recent system implementations
Apply data governance processes and controls
Produce reports and dashboards for investment teams
Requirements: Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related discipline
High proficiency in Excel
Intermediate SQL knowledge is an asset
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Must return to studies or complete an academic internship
Build practical experience in real estate investment operations through Excel, SQL, reporting, and data governance at PSP Investments.
