The Courier provides pickup and delivery on an assigned route while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service. The work includes related customer service functions, package handling, and route responsibilities. A Tuesday-Saturday shift is specified for one full-time Courier opening.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments for Federal Express Canada service conformance
Provide related customer service functions
Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment when required
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexibility for Tuesday-Saturday schedules and holidays
Use protected driving, package handling, and customer service skills to support dependable FedEx delivery operations on assigned routes.
