You will manage café operations, prepare meeting rooms, support colleagues, and coordinate workplace requests. The role suits someone service-driven, adaptable, and confident engaging with diverse colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Keep cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate café operations
Conduct floor checks and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, or repairs
Guide colleagues through workstations, seating zones,



and workplace hubs
Support events through setup, catering coordination, and room resets
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Solid organizational skills for managing competing priorities
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfort standing and staying active for extended periods
Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds
