Lead store readiness and operational execution as an Operations Supervisor with Victoria’s Secret & Co, supporting shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
This values-based leadership role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. You will maintain back-of-house standards, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The position also supports coaching, zoning, team selling, personal selling, and visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities: Execute shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
Maintain back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy

Identify and escalate operational issues
Collaborate with cross-functional partners for seamless execution
