Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with residents and address concerns
Manage leasing from initial inquiry through resident onboarding
Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets




Collect payments and inspect the property
Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests
Requirements: One to two years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
