As an Assistant Store Manager with Ace Liquor Discounter, you will help lead store operations and team performance. The position includes coaching, training, recruitment support, inventory, ordering, and receiving. You will also work with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, sales goals, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with supervising, coaching, and training staff
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Coordinate opening, closing, communication, and task assignments
Check identification and follow Alberta alcohol regulations
Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and reports
Requirements: Two or more years of retail experience
Two or more years in a supervisory role
ProServe certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Bring retail leadership, solid communication, and compliance awareness to support Ace Liquor operations at Liquor Depot Mount Royal.
