As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and staff members. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Guide customers to appropriate contacts and solutions
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and documentation accurately
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with MS Office and branch software
