As a Fitness Centre Attendant, you will greet customers and check fitness centre passes. You will answer questions, address concerns, and provide facility information. The work supports positive recreation experiences for North Vancouver residents across NVRC locations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers entering the fitness centre
Conduct fitness centre pass checks
Respond appropriately to accidents and emergencies
Address customer questions and concerns
Provide information about facility policies and programs
Requirements: Emergency First Aid certification or equivalent
CPR Level A certification
Previous public-facing experience is an asset
Fitness centre experience is an asset
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Bring courteous service, sound problem-solving, and calm emergency response to fitness centre users throughout NVRC locations.
