The Health Science Placement Coordinator supports student placements across clinical and community settings. You will connect students, academic programs, faculty, and healthcare partners while maintaining placement records. The work helps align hands-on experiences with curriculum and institutional requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate clinical placements through HSPNET and healthcare facilities
Confirm placement details with students, faculty, and partners
Maintain accurate HSPNET and internal documentation
Guide students through placement processes and expectations




Resolve placement issues and conflicts professionally
Requirements: Post-secondary education in health sciences, administration, or related field
HSPNET or similar placement system experience is an asset
Solid organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
