We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minto and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.Working closely with the sales, production and operations teams, you will assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactionsPreparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyProviding product information and support to customers, builders,
