Interior Health seeks an experienced Community Health Worker for a relief part-time 0.50 opportunity. You will work with Nurses and LPNs to deliver home support services, personal care, daily living assistance, and client observation. Rotating day and evening shifts are scheduled.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Prepare meals according to designated plans
Support client mobility and transfers safely
Maintain safe and healthy home environments
Observe and report client behaviour or condition changes
Requirements: Experienced Community Health Worker
Reliable, adaptable, and motivated approach
Ability to perform delegated tasks according to procedures
Availability for rotating days and evenings
