Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for Group Retirement Savings programs
Activate sales supporting Group Retirement Savings solutions
Identify Mortgage Assistance and Capital Loan referrals
Champion RBC Group Advantage with partners and markets




Build relationships with senior banking and wealth leaders
Requirements: Robust prospecting, networking, and business development skills
Excellent internal and external relationship-building abilities
Independent, entrepreneurial, and self-management skills
Current network of centres of influence
RPA or CEBS designation, or willingness to complete RPA courses
