As an Unregulated Care Aide, you will support older adults with personal care, assistance, and daily routines. Your responsibilities include mobility support, meals, laundry, light housekeeping, medication administration, and resident safety. You will follow individual care plans, respond to concerns, and report to the Health and Wellness Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with dressing, meals, mobility, and personal care
Support laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service
Administer medications according to individual care plans
Maintain clean,



secure resident areas and follow protocols
Respond to resident and family concerns appropriately
Requirements: Experience in personal care or support services
Secondary school education; care training preferred
Read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
Maintain hygiene standards and work safely with equipment
Support Chartwell residents through personal care, medication administration, empathy, and dependable attention to daily safety needs.
