The Licensed Team Lead supports store success through retail service and key optical processes. You will assist selections, recommend lens choices, adjust eyewear, and deliver accurate digital measurements. When applicable, you will also support lab operations, product knowledge, and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure LensCrafters teams deliver unsurpassed customer service
Assist selections and recommend products based on customer needs
Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder
Perform optical adjustments, repairs, dispensing, and digital measurements
Maintain lab tools, systems, and finished eyewear standards
Requirements: Current and valid state Opticianry license
High school diploma or GED
Strong optical and retail experience
Knowledge of optical theory, merchandise, and lens options
Leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving experience
Apply optical licensure, customer service, and leadership skills to support LensCrafters patients, customers, and store operations.
