Key Responsibilities: Scope restoration work and prepare accurate quotations
Complete job costing, estimating, and invoicing
Schedule projects and coordinate teams onsite
Inspect progress and work quality against timelines
Resolve client disputes and complaints professionally
Requirements: Three or more years in restoration or commercial contracting
Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Ability to travel up to 75% annually
Microsoft Project or scheduling software familiarity
Robust English writing and communication skills
