As Marketing Coordinator, you will support field, partner, and regional initiatives across the Americas. The work combines event coordination, lead management, campaign execution, internal communications, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report to the Senior Manager, Americas Regional Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate field, partner, and regional marketing programs
Support event planning, lead import, and post-event reporting
Manage lead enrichment, routing, and Salesforce data accuracy
Execute campaigns using AI-enhanced marketing tools
Maintain calendars and automation-driven delivery dashboards
Requirements: One to two years of relevant marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity about AI-powered marketing technologies
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Bring marketing coordination, data management, and campaign execution skills to Sophos’s Americas team in downtown Vancouver.
