Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and distribute work among team members
Supervise employees and private-sector collaboration when required
Assess labor, machinery, equipment, and other work needs
Monitor deadlines, productivity, quality, and personnel performance
Write daily reports and conduct required safety activities
Requirements: CCQ Certificate of Competence
Experience in the civil engineering sector
Solid time and priority management skills
Valid driver's license
