This Consultant supports cross-functional teams across Service Delivery and Global Shared Services. The work includes requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, data validation, documentation, and technology-enabled implementation. You will support Managers, Project Managers, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze client data
Analyze business and system processes for improvements
Support solution configuration, implementation, validation, and testing
Create testing scenarios, documentation,



reports, and deliverables
Maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience
Strong technical and data analysis experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products
Knowledge of development methodologies and programming languages
Valid driver's license required
