This Family Physician opportunity is based in a downtown rural clinic serving Osoyoos and surrounding communities. You can build your practice at your own pace while providing outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care. The clinic includes dedicated office space, exam rooms, an Office manager, and three MOAs. Additional clinical support includes a Psychiatric Nurse, Community Worker, Social Worker, and Registered Dietician.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage your own family medicine patient panel
Provide inpatient care for patients from your practice
Provide long-term care for patients from your practice
Consider emergency shifts at SOGH in Oliver




Cover Doctor of the Day shifts when available
Requirements: Family Physician qualified to establish an independent practice
Ability to work within a rural healthcare system
Willingness to provide outpatient, inpatient, and long-term care
Interest in supportive clinical collegiality and hallway consultations
Interest in optional emergency or Doctor of the Day shifts
Develop a versatile Osoyoos practice with comprehensive clinic support, patient access, and family medicine responsibilities across care settings.
