Lead deposits, billing, and commissions for Manulife in a hybrid Waterloo, Ontario position requiring financial oversight and team leadership.
The Manager, Deposits, Billing & Commissions reports to the Director, Sponsor Financial Services. You will lead two teams, maintain financial controls, and collaborate across Finance, Risk Management, Underwriting, Sales, and Financial Integrity & Controls. The work supports accurate sponsor financial transactions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee premium allocation and sponsor billing activities
Ensure accurate commission calculation, validation, and payment
Manage suspense accounts and aged financial exceptions
Lead two operational teams through coaching and development
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks,



and operational metrics
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related discipline
Three to five years' progressive financial operations leadership experience
Experience leading multiple teams and developing employees
Ability to analyze complex financial issues and impacts
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
