Service Robot Co. seeks a Field Technician to visit customer sites and support robot operation with remote specialist assistance. The work includes installations, scheduled maintenance, repairs, customer explanations, and accurate visit records. Previous robotics experience is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Install robots and verify correct operation
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software problems
Complete scheduled robot maintenance
Explain problems and repairs to customers
Document visits with photos, notes, and sign-off
Requirements: Practical equipment repair or maintenance experience
Reliability, explicit communication, and accurate records
Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes
Availability to drive to customer sites
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
