Provide community nursing across Muskoka as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, using assessment skills and care planning. Flexible scheduling supports varied availability.
ParaMed offers RN and RPN roles with scheduled visits in patients’ homes and other settings. Care patients of all ages with differing complexity while helping them remain comfortable at home. Recent graduates are welcome, with mentorship, clinical orientation, hands-on skills labs, and real-time support available.
Key Responsibilities: Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate assessment tools
Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans
Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement




Maintain and update professional patient records
Provide scheduled visits across designated Muskoka areas
Requirements: Current CNO registration as RN or RPN in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled community visits
Required on-call coverage, including after hours
Support patients at home through assessment, care planning, and therapeutic relationships as a ParaMed RN or RPN in Muskoka.
