Ever wired a robot you could climb into? This one builds solar farms. I'm working with a Series A climate robotics company in the East Bay building 800-1,000lb robots that construct solar farms. They're MIT-founded, backed by top-tier climate and generalist investors, and moving from their first deployed systems into full-scale manufacturing, with million-dollar contracts already in place. What you'll do as the Senior Electrical Engineer
> - You'll design, integrate and scale the electrical systems on their robots: motors, drives, actuators, sensors, controls and machine wiring.
> - You'll own schematics, wiring diagrams and harness designs, then work hands-on in the shop with technicians to wire, test and fix real machines heading to the desert.
> - You'll help set the electrical standards for their next five systems and a new manufacturing facility.
>
> Why join
>
> - $165K-$190K base plus equity and profit sharing
> - Two hires - join a 15-person engineering team as it scales
> - Real machines, real impact on the transition to renewables
> - Series B coming, with significant equity upside
> - Visa transfers welcome (OPT, H-1B transfers)
>
> Who we're looking for
>

> - In office 4 days a week in the East Bay.
