As a Senior Compliance Testing Analyst, you will assess and validate HR business adherence to governance standards, regulatory requirements, and related expectations. The position covers HR regulatory compliance controls, General Ledger reconciliations, and Risk and Control Self-Assessments. You will work independently on complex assignments while supporting governance activities, stakeholders, and special initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute HR regulatory compliance testing within established timelines
- Perform research, analysis, and end-to-end testing activities
- Prepare documented reports with findings and remediation plans




- Identify control gaps and collaborate on resolution
- Support RCSA and General Ledger reconciliation practices

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Five years of related qualified experience minimum
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, controls testing, or audit
- Strong understanding of business operations and control frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
