Lead terminal operations in Winnipeg/Rosser with transportation expertise, dispatch coordination, and a fully on-site Monday–Friday schedule.

This Operations Manager oversees daily terminal and transportation activities while leading approximately 15 operational employees and 3–4 dispatchers. The role covers freight movement, dock operations, cross-docking, staffing, productivity, service levels, safety, and operating performance. Reporting to the Terminal Manager, you will support reliable inbound and outbound transportation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inbound and outbound terminal freight movement
- Lead operational employees and dispatchers
- Coordinate drivers, equipment, pickups, deliveries, and freight flow
- Monitor productivity, service levels, equipment utilization, and costs




- Implement process improvements and maintain operational reporting

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in transportation, terminal, LTL, freight, or logistics operations
- Experience managing frontline operational employees
- Experience with dispatch operations and transportation workflows
- Understanding of cross-docking and asset-based LTL environments
- Ability to work fully in office in Winnipeg/Rosser, Manitoba
