As Customer Account Manager, you will manage existing dealer relationships and identify growth opportunities. You will coordinate technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams while supporting warranty claims and return processes. The position requires organized, dependable, solution-oriented relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage existing dealer relationships throughout the Alberta territory
- Identify growth opportunities and support strategic dealer development
- Coordinate internal teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently




- Assist with warranty claims and RGA processes
- Communicate product updates and installation best practices

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in account management or territory sales
- Experience supporting dealers and developing business relationships
- Customer relationship management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
