Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Account Processing Officer - Senior to join their team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Account Processing Officer - Senior - French & English

Location: Scarborough, ON ( Onsite)

Pay Range: 26.85$/hr

Shift: Standard hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on business needs.

What's the Job?

- Provide professional, timely, and productive service to client requests through processing complex multi-product financial and non-financial transactions.
- Research and investigate administrative requests, applying appropriate rules and regulations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of client service delivery.
- Guide and support junior staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

- Fluency in French is a must.
- Strong time management skills to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Adaptability and agility to handle changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in financial transaction processing is preferred but not mandatory.
