We are looking for a

Senior ETL Developer to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing legacy court systems.

- Experience:
7+ years of experience in ETL development, data conversion, and data migration projects.

- Strong expertise in data migration planning, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and loading from legacy systems to modernized solutions.

- Hands-on experience with

Azure Data Factory, Informatica

, or similar ETL tools.

- Extensive experience with
Oracle, MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database

, and complex SQL/PL-SQL queries.

- Proven experience in document and file attachment migration

, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure File Share, SharePoint, or Oracle BLOBs.

- Solid understanding of data validation, reconciliation, data integrity, data dictionaries, and ETL documentation

.

- Experience with enterprise application migration, cutover support, post-migration audits, and troubleshooting complex data issues.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate migration activities across technical and business teams.
