Under the General Manager, the Senior Manager oversees day-to-day venue operations at SixtyEight, Oliver & Bonacini’s 68th-floor destination. The position coordinates event staffing, cost controls, training, budgeting, service standards, and relationships across teams. It supports chef-driven private dining experiences with CN Tower views.

Key Responsibilities: Manage staffing, cost controls, budgeting, and event floor operations Schedule event staff and conduct pre-function service briefings Monitor technical service standards and points of detail Track sales, invoicing, inventory, and payroll records Coordinate recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management Requirements: Two to three years managing diverse events Business or Hospitality post-secondary diploma or degree Superior verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Legal eligibility to work in Canada Bring event leadership, business acumen, and operational discipline to SixtyEight’s distinctive Toronto dining and events venue.
