As an Inside Sales Representative I, you will facilitate recent sales opportunities and upselling for customer accounts. The work supports sales, gross margin, and corporate service goals through product information, order processing, and follow-up. You will also coordinate with outside salespersons and manage customer requests.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product needs and logistics support
Input accurate sales orders into the computer system
Provide requested product and order information promptly
Prospect for sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
Track open orders, resolve issues, and support customers
Requirements: High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
One to five years of sales experience
Two to five years in the responsibility area generally
Inventory sales experience preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Apply customer service, sales prospecting, order entry, and product knowledge to support White Cap customers and sales goals.
