Key Responsibilities: Perform bath, brush, grooming, and standalone services
Train, onboard, mentor, and coach salon associates
Develop bathers and stylists through certification processes
Support pet parents and recommend wellness solutions
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and humane pet conditions
Requirements: Two or more years of grooming experience
Full-time availability with adaptable scheduling
Proficiency using grooming tools, equipment, and products safely
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
