As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will advise customers about personal insurance products and services. You will answer questions, analyze needs, and provide next steps during inbound customer interactions. The role also involves payment updates, electronic inquiries, issue resolution, and cross-selling.

Process payment method changes accurately and promptly
Resolve telephone and electronic customer inquiries
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience
Sales and customer loyalty experience highly desirable
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Confidence navigating various systems
Pass the provincial insurance licensing exam
