This full time, permanent Field Foreman position supports Sureway Construction’s heavy equipment technicians and welders from Edmonton. The work requires a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal Off Road or equivalent qualifications. You will apply CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, hydraulic, and electronic schematic experience while managing field operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations for heavy equipment technicians
Dispatch ten to twelve technicians and welders
Maintain, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, and test equipment




Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
Promote and execute the company safety program
Requirements: Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal Off Road
Five to ten years of Journeyperson experience
Required off-road experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. or Komatsu
Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electronic schematics
Full hand tools, reliable vehicle, and approved steel-toed boots
