As a Water Heater Installer with Reliance, you will install water heaters, tankless equipment, and accessories. You will replace or repair leaking water heaters while maintaining HVAC equipment. The work also involves educating customers, making recommendations, and generating leads. Training and mentoring new installers are included among assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities: Install water heaters, tankless equipment, and accessory items
Repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment
Represent Reliance professionally on every customer call
Explain products, services, programs, and available options
Participate in installer training and mentoring
Requirements: Gas Technician 2 license
At least a Class G Driver’s License
Grade 12 or equivalent
Residential diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills
Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters
Bring installation expertise, HVAC maintenance skills, and customer-focused communication to Reliance’s residential service work.
