Design mechanical building systems in Calgary with EXP, using Revit, AutoCAD, field surveys, and technical drawing expertise. Support wide-ranging consulting projects.
EXP seeks an experienced Project Technician for its growing Buildings practice in Western Canada. You will contribute to assessments, designs, and construction projects for institutional, municipal, commercial, industrial, public, and private clients. Your work supports integrated mechanical systems and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Design ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
Conduct field surveys and site reviews for project information
Produce survey and design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Update plans, schematics, details, codes,



and company standards
Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines for system integration
Requirements: Diploma in mechanical systems, building, or equivalent training
Five to seven years of mechanical systems experience
Consulting engineering experience considered ideal
Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
Valid driver's license and basic French proficiency
Bring mechanical systems design, Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration skills to EXP's Calgary Buildings practice serving diverse clients.
