Apply clinical evidence and critical appraisal skills as a Clinical Research Officer with CDA-AMC in Ottawa or Toronto, using a hybrid schedule.
This full time temporary position supports CDA-AMC’s Health Technologies and Systems team. You will conduct evidence-based assessments, prepare scientific reports, and present findings to advisory committees. The work covers pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic tests, procedures, and other health technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and health technology assessments
Prepare clinical reviews, briefing papers, and technology overviews
Critically appraise health technologies with multidisciplinary teams
Present findings and methodologies to advisory committees




Collaborate with external experts, reviewers, and knowledge users
Requirements: Graduate degree in a health-related discipline
One to two years of research experience
Experience critically appraising clinical evidence
Understanding of evidence-based medicine and study design
Working knowledge of biostatistics and Microsoft Office
Bring analytical thinking, scientific writing, and evidence appraisal skills to clinical research supporting health technology decisions across Canada.
