Support full-day early learning as a Designated Early Childhood Educator through Catholic programming, classroom collaboration, and student supervision. This temporary role follows an A Day schedule.
Reporting to the Principal, you will partner with the Catholic classroom teacher to plan and implement a full-day early learning program. The work supports faith initiatives and provides age-appropriate Catholic programming for student groups. Hours are determined by the Principal.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Catholic classroom teacher
Plan and implement full-day early learning programs
Support faith initiatives within Catholic classrooms
Supervise groups of students
Provide age-appropriate Catholic programming
Requirements: Two-year Early Childhood Education Diploma
Registration and positive standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
At least six months childcare experience
Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
Satisfactory Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
