At ICONIX Waterworks, you will support customers while working with the Outside Sales team to grow existing accounts and create new ones. The position combines consultative selling, technical services, quotations, bids, customer orders, and shipping and receiving. You will also contribute to administrative and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and services to customers
Educate customers about product and service advantages
Process customer orders and enter order data
Prepare quotations, bids, and customer letters
Assist with warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of wholesale distribution experience
