Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Renal team. You will deliver person-centered care while assessing patients, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes. The position requires current BCCNM registration, recent related clinical experience, and post-graduate Nephrology education or an equivalent combination.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and identify risks during ongoing nursing care
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with inter-qualified care teams
Teach patients and families about self-care and discharge planning




Document assessments, interventions, responses, outcomes, and referrals
Requirements: Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Two years of recent related clinical nursing experience
Post-graduate Nephrology education or equivalent preparation
Ability to recognize acuity changes and initiate intravenous therapy
Support renal patients through assessment, education, care coordination, and evidence-informed nursing practice at Fraser Health.
