Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Analyst designs and executes tests throughout software development. The work includes functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing, alongside SOAP web services and REST APIs. You will assess requirements, investigate defects, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Review requirements and design documentation for risks and test coverage
Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical test cases
Execute functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing




Test SOAP web services and REST API integrations
Document defects, validate fixes, and perform regression testing
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
Three to five years of software testing experience
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience testing SOAP web services and REST APIs
Ability to produce test plans, reports, and risk assessments
