Analyze manufacturing KPIs at New Flyer in Winnipeg using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to support operational improvements. Collaborate with production leaders on performance.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Business Analyst supports operational KPI improvements across manufacturing operations. The work includes Andon tracking, cell metrics, line-stopper trends, waste reduction, and process improvement. You will coordinate with Manufacturing leadership and supporting departments to standardize best practices and strengthen internal processes.
Key Responsibilities: Track, analyze, report, and maintain Andon system data
Prepare and update cell metrics and production KPIs
Report critical line-stopper issues and emerging trends




Support production leadership with waste reduction analysis
Coordinate manufacturing improvement initiatives and standardization
Requirements: Business or Engineering university or college degree
At least three years manufacturing setting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Lean Greenbelt certification or equivalent training considered an asset
Bring manufacturing analysis, KPI reporting, and facilitation expertise to New Flyer’s operational improvement work in Winnipeg.
